Progression 3 follows two of our most popular wines ever, Progression 1 & 2.  This wine has been aged over 30 months in American, Hungarian and French Oak.  The nose is full of dark plums, spice, cedar and dark fruits.  The palate is rich, full bodied and has a very long finish.  This balanced, complex wine pairs well with venison, duck and braised game meats.
